For this Ford brief, I focused on London commuter’s journey, vehicle ownership and how an individual will switch to taking public shuttle and transit hubs benefiting the community. By doing so, the user will free up their personal time to do more of what they care about while positively affecting the urban landscape and the environment in general. I analysed the behavioral elements of human habits and suggested methods of altering people’s attitudes towards smart mobility and relinquishing vehicle ownership. What is key is that any journey the user experiences must be convenient, comfortable and enjoyable. I have proposed a method of transport focusing on this aa campaign concept.s well as a campaign concept.
